Burton Super Premium Coonawarra Cabernet
The Coonawarra is situated in the South Eastern part of South Australia where it benefits from the unique advantage of porous Limestone under rich terra rossa soil. This well drained and shallow red soil when combined with a cool climate develops wines of great concentration, rare depth and complexity. It is widely believed that some of Australia's finest Cabernets come from the Coonawarra.

Two years in both French and American Oak has added great complexity to these grapes to make a truly premium wine.
The Cabernet Sauvignon has a pleasant red colour with a radient hue. The bouquet is fruit driven with integrated complex oak overtones. The rich berry fruit palate is well balanced with a long acid tannin finish.
