Awards

Burton Premium Wines has been awarded over 100 medals in Australian National Wine Shows including a Gold Medal for our 2000 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon in the Perth Wine Show of 2002 where in a class of over 100 entrants only 4 Gold Medals were awarded.

Our 2002 'Reserve' McLaren Vale Shiraz has won another Gold for Burton at the Cairns Wine Show and an INTERNATIONAL TROPHY at the Singapore Wine Show in 2007 . The Burton 2002 'Reserve' McLaren Vale Shiraz also won a Highly Commended award in the Gold Medal Top 100 Judged with food competition.

Our 1998 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon won the Best Red Wine Bottle award at the prestigious 2002 Boutique Winemakers Association Awards. Judging paid particular attention to initial impact, front and back label design, the bottle, the capsule and overall impression.
